Emaar outsources education portfolio

Transfer of management to Innoventure effective from next academic year.

Emaar Properties has outsourced the management of its education portfolio in Dubai to Innoventure Educational Investments, the Dubai-based developer said on Sunday.

Emaar’s education portfolio includes two schools, six nurseries and a vocational training campus and the transfer of management will be effective from the next academic year commencing September 2010.

The schools outsourced include Raffles International Umm Suqeim West Campus and Raffles International Umm Suqeim South Campus and six nurseries in The Lakes, Downtown Dubai, The Springs and Umm Suqeim.

Innoventure already partners with Emaar in the operation of Dubai International Academy (DIA), which is located in Emirates Hills.
