ETA Star Fashion, the newly established fashion division of the $5 billion dollar ETA Ascon Star Group, has joined forces with Duchamp of London to bring the men’s fashion outlet to the GCC, the group said on Sunday.
Duchamp, a high-end London menswear retailer, will launch six exclusive showrooms over the next three years with the flagship store to be unveiled at The Dubai Mall, scheduled to open in August.
Shamim Ali Hamid, the general manager of ETA Star Fashion, said the move aims to cater to the demands of the ever-growing premium sector in men’s fashion outlets around the region.
“Partnering with Duchamp is a step in this direction and we plan to bring more such premium brands to this region and keep our commitment to this fast, vibrant and growing market,” Hamid said.
“Duchamp is a premium international brand and the long-term objective of ETA Star Fashion will be to position Duchamp to be the leading Men's accessories Brand in the Middle East,” added Hameed Salahuddin, the group director of ETA’s fashion division.
Duchamp plans to showcase the brand's new autumn/winter collection during the first store opening and intends to extend its product line in the near future to cater to the fashion-conscious community in the region.
ETA Star Fashion will be the sole distributor of Duchamp collections, which are present in over 350 stores across 35 countries.
