Fares cut for numerous destinations, while Qatar Airways launches 35%-off sale
Eithad Airways has cut fares by 50 percent to 45 destinations across the world for flights booked before September 4.
The sale, which launched on Sunday night, includes 50 percent discounts on flights between the UAE and cities such as Mumbai, Manila, Bangkok, London, Milan, New York, Dar Es Salaam, Dusseldorf and Venice.
The fares are valid for travel between September 18 2016 and June 30 2017 and apply to both economy and business class flights.
The airline has also slashed fares on travel between the UAE to Madrid, Edinburgh, Phuket, Ho Chi Minh City, San Francisco, Tokyo and Dublin.
According to Etihad’s website the best fares in the sale include Abu Dhabi to London for AED1,990; Abu Dhabi to San Francisco for AED4,950 and Abu Dhabi to Kuala Lumpur for AED1,980.
Flights must be booked before September 4.
Meanwhile, Qatar Airways has launched a 35 percent-off sale on economy and premium class fares for travel between September 15 2016 and June 30 2017.
The sale includes discounts on flights between the GCC and Los Angeles, London, Bangkok, Sydney, Guangzhou, Adelaide and Frankfurt.
