Crowdfunding platform brings in partner to help SMEs build their campaigns
Crowdfunding platform Eureeca has signed a partnership deal which will see PB Solutions help small and medium sized businesses structure their campaigns on the Eureeca website.
The deal allows the DIFC branch of UK-based Peninsula Business Solutions to help SMEs looking to set up crowdinvesting campaigns with Eureeca, which launched earlier this year as the first global crowdinvesting platform.
PB Solutions will advise on business structuring, business formation, business solutions, shareholder agreements and term sheets.
Chris Thomas, CEO of Eureeca, said: “SMEs come in all shapes and sizes and often need to have some guidance in structuring documents that would be appropriate for investors to make an investment decision on.
“Working with partners like PB Solutions ensures that every SME coming on to Eureeca is structures appropriately and fit for funding.”
Eureeca launched in May this year and provides a platform for SMEs to raise money from a crowd of investors in return for equity in their company.
Success stories so far include skills marketplace website Nabbesh, and online shopping club Harir.
