Oman Air has revamped its in-flight catering strategy with plans to change its new menus every 10 days.

Oman Air has revamped its in-flight catering strategy with plans to change its new menus every 10 days. Sumaya Al Busaidi, the airline's senior manager of catering said new routes to destinations including Doha and Abu Dhabi had presented the need to satisfy different palates. The 10,000m² catering production facility at Seeb International Airport in Muscat currently produces 11,000 meals per day.
