Ex-F1 team boss launches entertainment concept in Dubai

Italian businessman and ex-Formula One mogul Flavio Briatore has launched Billionaire Mansion, an entertainment concept, in Dubai.

Located in the Taj Hotel in Business Bay, the lifestyle destination will entail a restaurant serving Italian and Japanese dishes, a lounge bar, a nightclub, a karaoke-dedicated room, and a terrace housing a shisha bar.

The Japanese menu will be headed by London’s high-end Japanese restaurant, Sumosan.

Billionaire Mansion is designed similarly to Briatore’s other entertainment destinations in Italy, Turkey, Monaco and Kenya.

It was first created in Sardinia, Italy, almost two decades ago.

According to Briatore, the Dubai project is set to open in early 2016.

Briatore, famous for managing Benetton’s Formula One team, through which he scouted Formula One talent Michael Schumacher, owns several business enterprises including luxury menswear brand Billionaire Couture and beach clubs in Monaco and Italy.
