Fidelia imports management software to Saudi market

Application management vendor, Fidelia has signed a partnership agreement with E-Business, a part of the Electronic Group.

Infrastructure management vendor, Fidelia, is moving into the Saudi Arabian market. The vendor has signed a local partnership agreement with E-Business, a division of the Electronic Group.Fidelia and E-Business plan to educate the market about infrastructure management and promote the vendor’s flagship product, NetVigil. “NetVigil represents an important breakthrough for companies that wish to go beyond network management,” says Mohammed Nassar, chairman, E-Group.“In addition to traditional network performance and monitoring, NetVigil provides enterprises with end-to-end visibility of their applications and service transactions,” he adds.NetVigil is a real time, integrated fault and performance management tool. According to Fidelia, it will provide full end to end visibility of a company’s IT infrastructure. Real time monitoring enables system and network administrators to drill down through the infrastructure — from high level transactions, down to an individual devices — and highlight potential problems before they occur.NetVigil can be used through a web interface.“Fidelia combines fault and performance management into a closely integrated product — an achievement attained by a minute number of IT management vendors and a market trend that is emerging," says Brian James, regional manager, ETO.
