Business software supplier Focus Softnet is on the lookout for additional distributors and dealers at this year’s GITEX Saudi Arabia. Focus Softnet already has more than 1,500 customers across the Kingdom, according to the company.

Focus Softnet is using GITEX as a platform for the announcement of expansion plans within the Kingdom and also as an opportunity to promote its entire offering, which includes enterprise, academic, accounting and management solutions. Focus Softnet hopes that the addition of new distribution and dealer partners will open up new routes-to-market for the company’s low-cost business management solution, Focus Reach, throughout Saudi Arabia.

Mohamed Jawad Ali Khan, executive VP at Focus Softnet KSA, said: “Saudi Arabia is a very important market for Focus with some of the top 100 Saudi companies being our clients. GITEX is an ideal forum for us to meet with our existing and potential clients and to showcase our portfolio of world-class solutions. We plan to aggressively promote our market-leading products such as Focus RT, Focus6, Focus Streamline to name a few, as well as recruit distributors and IT dealers to promote Focus Reach, our business management solution targeting small businesses, in Saudi Arabia.”

Focus Softnet has offices in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. The company remains committed to boosting its interaction with customers and hopes to build on an impressive client base, which already includes high profile names such as Boeing Middle East, Air Arabia and Gulf Craft.

“Focus is growing at a fast pace in Saudi and we feel it has now become imperative for us to expand our operations in the Kingdom. It has always been our endeavour to keep creating innovative software solutions for our customers and offer them even better service and support. We plan to open offices in Jubail, Abha, Yanbo and Madinah soon to do just that.” Khan added.

Focus Softnet, managed by CEO Ali Hyder, develops ERP and CRM applications for the midmarket segment. The company’s solution portfolio includes Focus6, a midmarket accounting solution used by more than 1,500 customers in Saudi Arabia. The company’s offering also includes the feature-rich FocusRT ERP solution, which covers a wide selection of business processes including financials, inventory and warehousing, sales and distribution, HR, fixed assets and production planning.
