Dubai's second Four Seasons Hotel, located in Dubai International Financial Centre, will welcome its first guests in April 2016, it has been confirmed.

Reservations are now being accepted for arrivals beginning April 15 next year, Hotelier Middle East reported.

"Dubai is one of the world's most important business capitals, with a growing global leisure market, so it's important that we are very focused on the unique needs of each individual guest," said the hotel's general manager Carlo Stragiotto.

Stragiotto has arrived at this role from the Four Seasons Hotel Milano. The GM said improvisation and flexibility will allow for a personalised service at the property.

The interiors have been created by New York-based Tihany Design, and includes four restaurants and lounges – including a sky bar and cigar club.

Business travellers are a target, with every room and public space providing connectivity and other features to enhance productivity.

A total of 106 guest rooms and suites feature wood clad walls, hand-tufted custom carpeting and faceted metal pendants. All rooms offer the new fully customisable Four Seasons Bed, a comfortable seating area, private bar and walk-in-closet, while studios and suites also have deep soaking tubs.

Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre will the brand's second location in the city, following the opening of Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach in 2014.

Later in 2016, the waterfront Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is scheduled to open in the UAE capital's new Central Business District.
