FSC ropes in new enterprise manager

Fujitsu Siemens Computers (FSC) has announced the appointment of Ashraf El-Arabaty as the new product marketing manager, enterprise products, to drive FSC's server and storage solutions.

Fujitsu Siemens Computers (FSC) has announced the appointment of Ashraf El-Arabaty as the new product marketing manager, Enterprise Products, to drive the business development strategies of server and storage solutions.

In his hew job role, El-Arabaty will work closely with the channel partners and will focus on business development of the large enterprises and SME segments. He will be closely involved with the conception and implementation of marketing programmes.

“As an Arab national with strong networking abilities in the Arab region, El-Arabaty will complement the highly specialised field of enterprise products. We welcome El-Arabaty to the FSC family and will leverage his skills and market knowledge to drive the sales of our leading edge server and storage solutions,” says Jacquie Carson, marketing and communications director, international sales region, FSC.

Prior to FSC, El-Arabaty worked with D-Link Middle East for four years, in a similar capacity as product marketing manager, for the Middle East and North Africa. Apart from working with D-Link, El-Arabaty has worked with Giza Systems Engineering, an IT company in Egypt. He holds a degree in Computers and Systems Engineering from the Ain Shams University.
