Future projections

\n

BenQ has introduced six new DLP projectors to the region, including the CP120, which the firm claims is the world’s smallest projector.

Aimed at the region’s mobile professionals, the CP120 features a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels and weighs 1.3kg. It also boasts a contrast ratio of 2000:1 along with wireless support.

The next projector in line is the CP220, which weighs 1.8kg and boasts a brightness rating of 2200 ANSI lumens, which BenQ reckons makes it perfect for those wanting to make presentations that are easily viewable in bright conditions.

In addition to the CP120 and 220, the firm unveiled the MP770 - a portable digital projector, which features a 2000:1 contrast ratio, an XGA native resolution of 1024 x 768 and optional wireless support.

Last but not least, for home movie buffs comes the W100 - a high-end home theatre projector with a quoted lamp life of 3000 hours.
