The highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy Note8 enters into the spotlight.
Samsung draws back the curtains on the all-new Samsung Galaxy Note8. The Galaxy Note8 feature a 6.3-inch Quad HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity Display, reportedly the biggest screen ever on a Note device. In addition to making it easier to scroll and view content, the new Note also comes standard with the new App pair feature. This allows users to create custom pairing with the greater majority of apps on the Edge panel. The new and enhanced S Pen features improvements in pressure sensitivity and boasts a finer tip. It pairs extremely well the device’s Live Messages tool, which enables the user to handwrite messages, adding special effects and animated GIFs as well. These customised messages can then be shared on the user’s favoured messaging and social application. Photo enthusiasts rejoice! The Galaxy Note8 features one of the most powerful camera developed for mobile devices to date. Additionally, the Note is reportedly the first smartphone to come equipped with two 12MP rear cameras with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) on both the wide-angle and telephoto lenses. The phone also features a Dual Capture mode that lets the user snap pictures on both rear cameras simultaneously. Like its predecessors, the Galaxy Note8 is a robust device constructed with both water and dust resistant materials. From a security standpoint, the new Note comes standard with a variety of biometric authentication options, such as iris and fingerprint scanning, as well as numerous defence-grade security at both the hardware and software layers. Under the hood, the Galaxy Note8 comes equipped with 6GB RAM, 64GB of storage and expandable memory of up to 256GB, as well as a 10nm processor.
