In pictures: Tropical storm 'Henry' dump extreme rains and flooding in Manila

The southwest monsoon affecting the country is enhanced by a low pressure area and tropical storm 'Henry', would continue to dump light to heavy rains in most parts of the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration. Monsoon rains are expected in Metro Manila, Ilocos, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Mindoro provinces, and Palawan.
