Dubai Police unveiled the world's first floating Smart Police Station at GITEX Technology Week 2019.
Dubai Police unveiled groundbreaking project during GITEX 2019 the world’s first floating smart police station on The World Islands. Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior inaugurates the world's first floating Smart Police Station, at Gitex 2019. Floating police station will be opened in the sea, in Dubai's World Islands next year. Josef Kleindienst, founder and chairman of the Kleindienst Group, said: “We were the first company in the world to develop a classic and unique idea of living on floating villas above and under the water. We are pleased with our cooperation with the police to build the first floating SPS.” The floating station has been developed in cooperation with Kleindienst Group, who are behind the Heart of Europe project on Dubai World Islands. H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior talk with Major General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police. It will be the fourth SPS in Dubai after City Walk, following other drive through and walk-in versions located around the emirate.
