In pictures: Dubai Fitness Challenge is back
The Dubai Fitness Challenge, 30-day festival will run from 19th October to November 17th, with the entire city rising to the 30x30 Challenge by participating in exciting fitness and wellness activities and events across Dubai.
Dubai Fitness Challenge, which started on 18th October and will run until 16th November.
Football legend Clarence Seedorf also attended the inaugural day of DFC.
The initiative challenges residents to complete 30 minutes of activity a day for 30 days.
All residents and visitors can pledge to join the challenge by registering on the Dubai Fitness app or the DFC website.
The 30-day Challenge will also feature a host of health and wellness activities to provide a well-rounded fitness experience, catering to all ages and abilities.
Moreover, with the introduction of the ‘Find Your 30’ virtual content hub on the DFC website, and the updated Dubai Fitness App, it is now easier than ever to become part of the Challenge.
With two large-scale Fitness Villages, 10 community hubs, more than 40 events and over 5,000 classes across Dubai.
The month-long event will transform the city into a gym.
The city’s partners and fitness industry are set to come together to deliver a range of activities for the month.
T year’s programme will feature an attempt to set a new Guinness World Record for the largest high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class on October 26 with “The Body Coach”, best-selling author and Instagram fitness star Joe Wicks.
The two main fitness zones this year will be located at Kite Beach Fitness Village and Festival City Mall Fitness Village.
More than 1 million people took part in Dubai Fitness Challenge last year.
