Dubai’s top social influencers on Instagram
Nine accounts to follow on the popular online photo-sharing platform


Huda Kattan: With 14.6 million followers on Instagram, beauty guru Huda Kattan takes the number one spot among Dubai’s social media influencers. The certified makeup artist works with Hollywood celebrities including Eva Longoria and is famous for her YouTube makeup tutorials and her internationally sold cosmetic brand Huda Kattan.

Joelle Mardinian: This television host is the beauty expert behind beauty centre Maison de Joelle – located across the gulf region in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar – as well as the founder of cosmetic clinic Clinica Joelle. As a result, Mardinian has become a social influencer with 4.6 million followers on Instagram.

Fouz Alfahad: Famously known as The Real Fouz, Alfahad is a lifestyle blogger based in Dubai and Kuwait. The Kuwaiti national has an Instagram account with 1.4 million followers, making her one of the top most followed social influencers in the region. She works with giant Dubai-based brands such as Emaar as well as internationally renowned names such as De Grisogono.
Deema Al Asadi: This blogger and social influencer has succeeded in collecting over 234,000 followers in a short period of time. How? She focuses on the latest fashion and makeup trends in Dubai. She stands out for her classy and moderately conservative style.

Mahmoud Sidani: Also known as Mr Moudz, Sidani is the most popular male social influencer in the Arab world. He’s famous for having a celebrity-filled social life and luxury lifestyle, often blogging about his elite circle and high-end fashion choices. He has over 75,000 followers on Instagram.

Sheida Fashionista: This certified makeup artist is known solely as ‘Sheida Fashionista.’ She focuses on fashion and beauty and works with countless regional and international brands. She has over 400,000 Instagram followers.

Mariam Rod: This half Persian, half Kurdish lifestyle blogger started posting Instagram pictures of her luxury life in Dubai before picking up over 400,000 followers. In the past two years, she became one of the most prominent social influencer in the city – working with several regional and international brands.

Tala Samman: This lifestyle blogger is one of Dubai’s very first social influencers and founder of MyFashDiary blog. She’s one of the few who provide useful guides to the city such as the newest restaurants to try. Her blog covers everything from fashion to cosmetics and sports. Samman has almost 100,000 Instagram followers.

Elias El-Indari: If you’re a businessman who’s into luxury life, you should probably follow El-Indari. The menswear and lifestyle influencer calls his blog ‘A Gentleman’s Inspiration.’ He focuses on style and travel and has almost 35,000 Instagram followers.
