InPics: Global Teacher Prize celebrations
Palestinian teacher Hanan Al Hroub won the US $1 million Global Teacher Prize. The winner was announced by His Holiness Pope Francis via a special video broadcast at the ceremony. Hroub was felicitated by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai.
