It’s all about fashion watches this season
The good thing about Burberry is that it always manages to maintain a traditional touch in its modern pieces. This Britain BBY 1211 piece has a modern octagonal shape in 18k rose gold but boasts the brand’s signature colour palette with a brown sunray dial. It’s priced at $3,700 (AED 13,800).
Gucci is back at it with creative watch styles, this time with the women’s collection Light Horsebit. This piece particularly stood out thanks to its distinctive black mother-of-pearl dial. Bracelet watches are definitely coming back in style again for the ladies. This one is priced at $850 (AED 3,100).
There’s something sleek and attractive about Italian style and this is evident in Dolce & Gabbana’s recent men’s collection DG7. This 18 carat dark brown PVD gold piece is our favourite and it’s priced at $36,500 (AED 134,000). Brown is a lighter and better alternative to black in summer months so we highly recommend this piece.
If there ever was a unique and timeless watch piece, it’s this emerald creation from Chopard. Not only is it eye catching, but its 18 carat rose gold and green tourmalines give it a classic yet distinctive look. Costing around $12,900 (AED 47,300), it’s worth the price.
Dolce & Gabbana really outdid itself this year with its men’s watch collection. This navy steel and gold number from its DG7 collection is simply stunning. Priced at $4,200 (AED 15,400), it’s less expensive and better looking than most high-end watches out there.
Can we take a moment to appreciate this Chopard masterpiece? We always had a weakness for diamonds, but this piece is a whole other story. Boasting 18 carat white gold and a diamond-set bracelet, it’s a beauty and a statement piece all on its own. The price is on request.
Last but not least is a modern piece by Philipp Plein. The Spitfire Dangerous watch is made in an army print (which is seriously trending this season), soft silicon, and stainless steel. Priced at $930 (AED 3,400), it’s a great casual option for summer.
