Gas takes $400m Mudaraba facility

Saudi Arabia's National Industrial Gases Company has signed a $400m Murabaha loan facility with a consortium of banks to help finance its expansion project.

Saudi Arabia's National Industrial Gases Company has signed a $400m Murabaha loan facility with a consortium of banks to help finance its expansion project.

GAS has mandated Banque Saudi Fransi as financial advisor and lead arranger.

The other banks involved are Riyad Bank, National Commercial Bank, Samba Financial Group, Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation, Saudi Hollandi Bank, Arab National Bank and Gulf International Bank.
