Schedule includes flights to countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East

Kuwait to resume flights to 20 destinations from August 1

Kuwait International Airport is set to resume operations from August 1 with commercial flights to 20 countries in the Middle East, Asia and Europe. 

Destinations revealed by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) include the UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Lebanon, Qatar, Jordan, Egypt, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Ethiopia, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Iran, Nepal, Switzerland, Germany, Azerbaijan, the Philippines and India.

Kuwait-based Jazeera Airways has previously revealed a list of flights to 20 destinations for a six-month period beginning in August, including Dubai, Riyadh, Beirut, Istanbul and Amman.

The schedule includes daily flights to Dubai, as well as twice-weekly flights to Riyadh and Beirut, three-times weekly flights to Amman and a number of flights to Istanbul.

As revealed earlier this week, Bahrain’s Gulf Air is one of several airlines ready to resume services to and from Kuwait.
