The General Administration of Abu Dhabi Customs has announced the launch of its new corporate identity with the slogan Abu Dhabi Customs… Gateway to the World by Air, Land, and Sea.
The new identity is in line with its future vision and crucial role in supporting the trade sector, economic growth, and safeguarding society.
Founded in 1966, Abu Dhabi Customs is one of the government’s oldest departments and this significant development marks the beginning of a new chapter in the department’s quest to solidify its pioneering status as a global exemplar for the application of best customs practices and standards.
The centerpiece of the new corporate identity is the redesigned logo, crafted to embody simplicity, modernity, and innovation. Symbolising a protective gateway for trade, the logo represents the seamless connection between Abu Dhabi and the rest of the world, encompassing air, land, and sea as a global trade capital.
A striking feature of the logo is its distinguished dark green color, chosen to signify sustainability and the adoption of innovative solutions in developing services and customs procedures.
This emphasis on advanced technology aligns with visionary leadership and the government’s commitment to sustainable development and resource preservation.
