Abu Dhabi Police in cooperation with the Abu Dhabi International Airport is carrying out an exercise on Thursday, May 11. The security exercise will take place in the evening at the Airport to measure readiness.
The public is advised to use alternative routes and to refrain from approaching or photographing the site.
Last month, a military drill took place in Sharjah at the Sharjah Expo site.
The security exercise was accompanied by military units, the alert read, residents were warned against taking pictures and videos or approaching the site.
