Al Zorah Development Company, a joint venture between Ajman and Solidere International, is developing a new beachfront luxury residential project in the northern emirate.
The SeaSide Hills projected, located close to Al Zorah’s earlier beach resort development, will have four-bedroom luxury villas and a mix of apartment units, the company said in a statement. All homes in the new neighbourhood will have “unobstructed sea views” and access to a private beach.
“Our development team worked hard not only to create lux living spaces in Al Zorah, but also to curate exclusive lifestyles for families to enjoy along the beautiful stretch of beach,” Al Zorah’s chief executive George Saad said.
He added the developer aims to continue expanding its luxury portfolio, with a focus on natural landscape offerings for residents.
The new residential locality includes the Oberoi Beach Resort, as well as the 18-hole championship golf club course designed by retired American golfer Jack Nicklaus.
