The plots will be fully serviced and will comprise basic and entertainment facilities and parks.

During its first year, the Higher Committee for Development and Citizens Affairs approved the allocation of 11,500 land plots, as well as housing loans worth AED7 billion ($1.91 billion). More than 7,000 Emiratis have benefitted from the scheme.
