A new residential skyscraper in Dubai’s Business Bay neighbourhood is nearing the end of construction.
VENTO Tower, developed by ANAX Developments, will see 225 apartments delivered by the fourth quarter of 2025.
Standing at 19 floors, VENTO Tower will provide luxury living in Dubai. Residents will be welcomed through a five-star style lobby with 24-hour security and concierge services.
Advanced security and services are aimed to “set higher standards for the luxury real estate landscape,” said Satish Sanpal, Chairman of ANAX Holdings.
“The tower is an elevated living experience, making it perfect for upwardly mobile urbanites, and investors looking for a solid investment in one of Dubai’s best areas,” Sanpal added.
The apartments vary in size from small studios up to larger one-bedroom units. All apartments include private balconies with views of landmarks like Burj Khalifa.
Facilities like smart home systems, high-end kitchen appliances and contemporary finishes are fitted in the apartments.
In addition to lavish living spaces, VENTO Tower will feature numerous amenities. An outdoor cinema, gym with steam room and sauna, and rooftop swimming pool are planned. A co-working space and lounge areas are also to be included.
Prices start at AED1.2 million for a studio apartment, with options for a 30/70 payment plan.
