Emirates is offering a complimentary hotel stay to all passengers flying to or through Dubai. First and Business Class passengers can avail a free two night stay at 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central and those travelling Premium Economy or Economy Class will receive a complimentary night’s stay at the Novotel Trade Centre Dubai.
Additionally, those travelling Business and First Class are entitled to a chauffeur‑drive service to and from the airport as well as, airport lounge access.
Emirates offer: How to book and eligibility requirements
The offer is valid for bookings made from May 11, 2023 to June 11, 2023 for a travel period from May 26, 2023 to August 31, 2023.
To avail this offer, passengers are required to send an email to [email protected] with the booking reference, date of arrival in Dubai, passenger names, contact phone number and email address to receive a hotel confirmation.
Passengers flying through Dubai will have to have at least a 24-hour stopover to be eligible for the complimentary stay.
If the 25hours Hotel Dubai or Novotel Trade Centre Dubai are unavailable for the arrival dates then the airline will book the stay at another hotel with a comparable star rating.
The hotel room will be subject to a 24-hour booking time from the time of flight arrival regardless of the standard hotel check-in and check-out time, meaning that if the flight arrives at 4 AM, the room will be booked for 24-hours from then.

- If the hotel is not available, Emirates will book a room at a hotel with a comparable star rating.
- Passengers traveling on Mixed Class (Economy Class and Business Class or First Class) fares will be entitled to an Economy Class stay.

- Travel period: May 26, 2023 to August 31, 2023
- Region: Emirates network: All Emirates online markets (excluding the tickets sold in and journeys originating in the UAE, Afghanistan or Nigeria)
- Bookings for this special hotel offer must be made at least 96 hours prior to arrival or before August 27, 2023, whichever is earlier. You will receive the hotel confirmation by email within 96 hours.
- The offer is available for new bookings made between May 22 and June 11, 2023, inclusive, and cannot be claimed retroactively on existing bookings.
- Flight tickets must be purchased for return journeys. One‑way flight tickets will not be eligible for the Offer.
- Passengers are responsible for organizing the necessary travel or visa documents required to fulfill individual entry criteria to Dubai or any other origin/destination at their own cost.
- If the flight booking is canceled, the confirmed hotel booking will be automatically canceled without any notification.
