GIES launches jobdirection.com

GIES welcomes employers and job seekers to avail of the free services on its recruitment portal, www.jobdirection.com.

Gulf International Employment Services (GIES) has announced the launch of jobdirection.com. Job seekers can post their resumes and employers can advertise vacancies free-of-charge on the online recruitment portal. Categories advertised inlcude business, administration, science, engineering, technology, healthcare, media and arts. “We are delighted to launch this innovative free online service for the benefit of employers and job-seekers. Jobdirection.com will provide a professional platform for easy online recruitment through an integrated interface between job seekers, employers and labour supply agencies,” commented Yousef Al Ghareeb, managing director, GIES. “We hold the strong belief that the Internet will eventually transform every facet of life. Extensive research conducted prior to launching this portal showed us that there was a great need for an inexpensive and easy-to-use online recruitment service that will benefit both employees and job-seekers. Jobdirection.com will hit the right target audience, help employers reach the most qualified candidates easily and speedily, give maximum exposure to the suitable candidates and implement services efficiently to the satisfaction of all parties involved in the process”, he added. Employers can also avail of other free services like advertising pooling, interviewing and short-listing candidates. Previously, the company had announced the launch of http://alkhadam.com, an online database of housemaids in the UAE.
