Two-day event aims to instill knowledge on social entrepreneurship and business ethics among Emirati youth
CSR Al Ahli Holding Group has invited national and international speakers to Dubai to promote entrepreneurship skills among Emirati youth during its flagship two-day event happening on the 17-18 March.
The Global Youth Forum, taking place at Dubai’s Zabeel Ladies Club, is organised by the CSR division of Al Ahli Holding Group and YoungNetwork Middle East, a Dubai-based full-service communications agency.
Under the theme ‘Social Entrepreneurship and Business Ethics’, among the first to address the audience on Tuesday, 17 March, will be HE Abdul Baset Al Janahi, the CEO of the Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment for SME development.
Having contributed to the growth and development of SMEs and becoming renowned for his support of young and aspiring entrepreneurs in the UAE, HE Al Janahi will speak on the importance of SMEs in the emirate.
One of the key speakers of the first day will also be Paul Robinson, one of the best-known motivational speakers in India.
The serial entrepreneur turned motivational speaker will share with the attending entrepreneurs how to keep strong for a positive change.
The event will also consist of speed network sessions with successful entrepreneurs of the region, educational activities and a competition to select the best social enterprise project.
Concluding with the GYF Awards on the 18 of March, the audience will enjoy the concert of Shamma Hamdan, the first Emirati woman who has made it to the finals of the hit reality show Arabs Got Talent.
