Gulf Air announces three new destinations
NEW ROUTES: The Bahraini national carrier will begin its Alexandria service on Wednesday.

Gulf Air announced it is to launch ceremony services to three new destinations - Madinah, in Saudi Arabia, Alexandria, in Egypt, and Aleppo, in Syria.

Services to the Alexandria will start on Wednesday with four weekly services on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, Gulf Daily News reports.

Meanwhile, four weekly flights will start to the second Saudi holy city on June 17, and the Aleppo service on June 15 with flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

"There has always been strong demand for direct services to Medina and we have launched Alexandria and Aleppo as permanent destinations following the strong customer demand to continue flying to these cities after the summer season," the airline’s chief executive officer Samer Majali, told the paper.

Being an ex-traveller with Gulfair, I had terrible experience with their services, I wonder how they would manage new flights! I recommend to you to call on their service center 3 times to ask for a certain information, believe me you will get 3 different answers.Good luck!
