Gulf Horizon unveils ayurvedic agreement

Gulf Horizon International Trading, an Iraq FMCG distribution company, has entered an agreement with Indian FMCG producer Dabur India Ltd, to distribute its range of health and personal care products in Iraq.

Dabur, which has its international headquarters in Dubai, manufactures more than 400 herbal-based ayurvedic products making it the world's largest producer of the goods. Among its brands are Dabur Amla, Dabur Chyawanprash, Vatika, Hajmola, and Real.Directors at Gulf Horizon International an Iraqi distribution company with 15 years experience in the FMCG sector, thinks there is a strong market for Dabur's products in Iraq. Furthermore, Gulf Horizon's full coverage of the country will allow it to make Dabur's products available across Iraq, from Baghdad to Basra. "Gulf Horizon International believes Dabur will be a dominant player in this untapped, dangerous but lucrative market sector," a spokesman for Gulf Horizon said.
