Agent will be responsible for the freehold sale of the residences and serviced apartments in the Jumeirah beach project
Hamptons International has announced that it has been appointed as the exclusive sales and marketing agent of The Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa, the new development planned at the end of the Jumeirah Beach Residences (JBR) in Dubai Marina.
The agent will be responsible for the freehold sale of the residences and serviced apartments in the iconic high-rise, the tallest on Jumeirah beach.
The two-tower development, each with 74 storeys rising over 290 metres high, has a distinctive ‘white space’ carved out in the centre. One tower will be dedicated for the residential apartments, The Residences Jumeirah Dubai, Managed by the Address.
The second tower features The Address Jumeirah Resort + Spa with 182 rooms and suites, and The Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa, which comprise serviced apartments fully served by The Address Hotels + Resorts, the flagship hotel brand of Emaar Hospitality Group.
Hamptons International said it will launch the sales of the freehold residential and serviced apartments in October. Those interested can register their interest online at www.theaddressjumeirah.ae.
Customers can choose from 1 to 5 bedroom modern apartments, ranging in size from 650 to 4,300 sq ft.
