DubaiHealthBooking.com launches to allow UAE residents to book their medical appointments and rate their doctors

Now you can rate your Dubai doctor online
DubaiHealthBooking.com, which is accessible via a website and app, will feature services and doctors from both private and public health facilities in Dubai.

A new online platform - DubaiHealthBooking.com - allows UAE residents to book their medical appointments and rate their doctors.

DubaiHealthBooking.com, which is accessible via a website and app, will feature services and doctors from both private and public health facilities in Dubai.

In the first phase which goes live this month, public health facilities and services featured on the website and app will include the Paediatric Department at Hatta Hospital and Family Medicine Department in both Al Twar and Al Mankhool Primary Healthcare Centres as well as private medical facilities including 17 Medcare Hospital branches, Valiant Clinic, Medeor Hospital, Thumbay Hospital and American Hospital.

In the second phase in June, the remaining DHA primary healthcare facilities and specialities, DHA hospitals (Rashid, Dubai and Latifa Hospitals) as well as the remaining private hospitals, centres and clinics will be featured.

Maisa Al Bustani, part of the team which came up with the platform, said DubaiHealthBooking.com will allow patients to search for a speciality, a specific doctor or centre and schedule and appointment instantly, getting the right medical care at the right time.

The platform will also show patients whether the facility is covered by insurance and will allow patients to rate their doctor and experience.

“This will aid patients in making an informed decision based on accurate and reliable information and patients’ reviews. DubaiHealthBooking.com will also remind care seekers of their appointment by sending notifications to prevent any delays,” she said.

She added that at the end of the second phase in August, the DHA will include the remaining DHA facilities including its speciality centres.

The public will also be able to book multiple appointments at the same time as this feature will be added.

She said the integration of all current medical facilities in Dubai should be completed by the end of the year to include healthcare provider and professional profiles for more than 3,700 facilities and 33,000 professionals.
