Coronavirus: UAE reports three Covid-19-related deaths, 398 new cases

The ministry announced the recovery of 172 cases, taking the total number of recoveries to 852.

The UAE Ministry of Health has announced the death of three more people from coronavirus.

To date, 25 people in the country have lost their lives at the hands of the virus.

At the daily news briefing on Monday, it was revealed that 398 new coronavirus cases, bringing the total number of cases in the country to 4,521.

The ministry announced the recovery of 172 cases, taking the total number of recoveries to 852.

It has also been revealed that the UAE has conducted over 22,000 additional Covid-19 tests in the past few days in a bid to stem the spread of the deadly virus.

The UAE has opened a total of 14 drive-through testing facilities with the ability to test up to 7,100 people daily. While the country now has the capacity to conduct 10,000 tests daily, including at hospitals and out-patient clinics.
