Coronavirus: Kuwait reports 841 new Covid-19 cases, six more deaths

Earlier on Monday, the Health Ministry announced the recovery of 246 Covid-19 patients, bringing the total to 4,339 recoveries.

The Ministry of Health in Kuwait has reported 841 more positive cases of coronavirus and a further six deaths in the country.

The death toll has increased to 118, while the total number of confirmed cases now stands at 15,691.

Health Ministry Spokesperson Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad told the daily press briefing that 161 patients remain in intensive care.

Al-Sanad revealed that the ministry had conducted 3,838 coronavirus tests in the past 24 hours, raising the total number of tests up to 248,314.

Earlier on Monday, the Health Ministry announced the recovery of 246 Covid-19 patients, bringing the total to 4,339 recoveries.

Kuwait is currently in the middle of a total curfew, which is set to run until May 30.
