Hosting key to cost cuts

Investments in business intelligence and ERP systems should not fall by the wayside as a result of the financial uncertainty that currently prevails.

Investments in business intelligence and ERP systems should not fall by the wayside as a result of the financial uncertainty that currently prevails.

To accompany this assertion systems integrator and Oracle Certified Advantage partner, Catalyst Business Solutions has been working hard to evolve the implementation models it offers its end users.

Now the company is proud to say that, in addition to its e-Hosting model, it is able to offer "near shore" implementation with remote, but near -by, hosting.

"We try and provide our clients value by giving them good resources for implementation," asserts Anupam Awashthi, CEO at Catalyst. "If they have a budget we try and save it and assuming they don't choose our e-hosting model, we will offer them near shore implementations," adds Awashthi.

He reveals the company has already successfully rolled out such an implementation in Africa and hopes to see a rapid uptake as hosting services increases in popularity.
