IT behemoth HP is putting total customer experience at the top of its agenda for this year’s Gitex. Offering a vast range of IT products and solutions, HP will once again focus on the unique needs of all customers — from the largest enterprises through to individual consumers.

Coming off the back of a record six months revenue in the Middle East, HP will be delivering some key messages at this year’s show.

“As the main IT exhibition in the Middle East, Gitex is a vital event for HP,” explains Joseph Hanania, managing director at HP Middle East. “It is an important event for us to reach out to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through and it is also an important showcase for HP’s consumer and retail portfolio — especially when you consider Gitex Shopper.”

HP continues to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction in the Middle East. With close to 700 staff in the region and a network of in-country offices, HP stands head and shoulders above many of its peers in terms of its Middle East commitment. With telecoms deregulation continuing apace in the region, HP will also devote significant efforts to this growing sector at Gitex.

“For the telecoms sector the key message from HP is all about the convergence of voice, data and video and the impact of mobility solutions as well,” concludes Hanania.
