HP’s Technology Solutions Group has named Jeraisy Computer & Communication Services as its maiden PSP in Saudi Arabia
HP’s Technology Solutions Group has named Jeraisy Computer & Communication Services (JCCS) as its maiden Professional Service Partner (PSP) in Saudi Arabia.
The authorisation means JCCS is fully qualified to deliver HP’s storage and blade system solutions in Saudi Arabia and is designed to reassure customers that they will receive comprehensive planning, design and implementation services.
HP claims the PSP accreditation is a “prestigious and well-regarded” title that is only available to its top-tier Gold partners. It ranks as one of only three service specialisations contained within the HP Preferred Partner Programme.
Khalid Shangiti, CEO at JCCS, insists the authorisation strengthens the systems integrator’s position as a trusted technology partner to end-users in Saudi Arabia.
“Companies depend on reliable, flexible and cost-effective technology to run their businesses and as advisors to our customers, this certification recognises our ability and commitment to offering them the right technology to meet their business objectives,” said Shangiti.
HP works with a variety of leading integrators in Saudi Arabia but says it elected to award Jeraisy the service accreditation for the skills that it was able to demonstrate and its commitment to meeting customers’ business needs.
“The PSP certification recognises the expertise and strength of a channel partner and their ability to support our business operations in the region,” said Ziad Mortaja, managing director and Technology Solutions Group lead at HP Saudi Arabia. “JCCS has been one of the pioneers in offering technology services in the region and our partnership with them is a crucial step in expanding our operations in Saudi Arabia,” he added.
