Hyatt hotels across China are looking forward to a high number of Middle Eastern travellers throughout the summer period.

Hyatt hotels across China are looking forward to a high number of Middle Eastern travellers throughout the summer period.

Hyatt International – South West Asia vice president sales and marketing Thierry Bertin explained: “With Hyatt properties available in key cities across China, we look forward to welcoming a growing number of Middle East travellers.

“Summer is set to be a busy time for cities like Beijing during the Olympics period, but we expect most people from the Middle East visiting China will also be looking to travel to other major cities,” he said.

Hyatt has several upcoming properties in China, including Grand Hyatt Guangzhou, opening in April this year, the second phase of Hyatt Regency Jing Jin City Resort and Spa in July, and Park Hyatt Beijing and Park Hyatt Shanghai in Autumn.

Hyatt currently operates 11 hotels in Greater China — including Grand Hyatt Beijing, Grand Hyatt Guangzhou, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Grand Hyatt Shanghai, Hyatt on the Bund, Shanghai, Grand Hyatt Taipei, Hyatt Regency Dongguan, Hyatt Regency Hangzhou, Hyatt Regency Jingjin City Resort and Spa, Hyatt Regency Tianjin and Hyatt Regency Xian — with additional 15 hotels under development.
