Morgan Stanley is to set up a joint venture company with Saudi securities company Capital Group to help expand its Middle East business. Morgan Stanley Saudi Arabia will be operating by the end of Q1 2007, it said. Capital Group holds licenses to offer advisory, banking, asset management and trading services in the Kingdom.
