UAE-based upscale property developer Seven Tides has broken ground on SE7EN Residences The Palm, a new residential development on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah.

The 1.24 million sq ft, 14-storey two tower complex, which is being developed by construction firm Airolink, is worth over AED500 million ($136 million) and is situated next to Seven Tides’ second development on the Palm, DUKES Dubai.

The project is slated for completion in December 2019.

It is made up of 1,118 units including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. There will also be retail and F&B offerings, the developer said in a statement.

Units are priced at AED752,000 for studios, AED1.03 million for one-bedroom apartments, AED1.99 million for two-bedroom apartments, and AED3.55 million for three-bedroom apartments.
