UAE's Azizi eyes finish to ninth project in Dubai's Al Furjan

UAE-based Azizi Developments said on Tuesday it is nearing completion of Azizi Montrell, its ninth project in Al Furjan, Dubai.

Azizi Montrell is a mid-rise and high-end serviced apartment building with 222 units, of which 168 are studio apartments and 54 are one bedroom apartments, the developer said in a statement.

It added that amenities include landscaped gardens, a gymnasium, swimming pool, kids pool, spa, restaurants and cafés, prayer rooms, room service, laundry services and valet parking.

With 80 per cent of the construction complete, Azizi Developments is expected to complete the project by February 2018.

“Azizi Montrell is our latest offering to cater to the growing demand for quality living spaces in locations such as Al Furjan which are increasingly gaining popularity among buyers. Its proximity and access to the Expo 2020 site is making Al Furjan a premier residential real estate destination in Dubai, offering a fantastic community lifestyle to residents,” said Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments.

The new metro line named Route 2020 will connect Al Furjan to locations such as Dubai Investment Park, Discovery Gardens, Jumeirah Golf Estates and the Gardens, and will also eventually service the Al Maktoum International Airport.

In the last three years, Azizi has delivered over 800 units across eight projects in Al Furjan, and is expected to complete 12 projects in the area before 2020.
