ACC has taken the main construction deal on the US $545 million (AED2.5 billion) Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi.
Hill International has been drafted in as project manager for the scheme, which will be built alongside the existing Emirates Palace Hotel.
According to a statement released from the private office of HH Sheikh Suroor Bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, the development will include five towers reaching 74 storeys in height.
Work is expected to complete by the end of 2010.
