Aldar Properties has reported a net profit of US $138 million (AED 505.5 million) for the third quarter of this year, an increase of 73% compared to the same period in 2006.
Revenue grew to $35 million and sales rose to $122 million.
Current developments under construction exceed $1.5 billion.
