Geoff Brewer is a well-known figure in the field of construction contracts consultancy, procurement advice and dispute resolution.

He is a specialist in the audit of commercial and contractual procedures on major projects, and has experience in claims settlement in the construction and engineering industry across a range of sectors.

Martin Preston is a senior associate with Norton Rose in Dubai. He has an MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration and has over 10 years’ experience of advising on construction and project finance transactions in Europe and the Middle East.

Martin has acted for governments, banks, developers, contractors and FM providers in relation to IWPPs and IPPs.

Nigel Truscott is a construction, arbitration and litigation partner of the Dubai office of Trowers & Hamlins. He has been practising in Dubai for 12 years in high-profile construction projects, such as airports, infrastructure, retail and marine developments, and oil and gas.

His arbitration experience has led to ICC appointments in the region.

Steven Hunt is counsel to the contracts and procurement department at UAE-based developer Nakheel.

She has advised clients on airports, process and power plants, and commercial and residential premises.

For the last 25 years, Jeremy Cama has advised on civil engineering, real estate, tourism and infrastructure projects, both in South-East Asia and the UAE, where he is based as the regional head of Berrymans’ practice.

Jeremy advises clients on contentious and non-contentious aspects of building projects and infrastructure developments.

Sachin Kerur is a senior infrastructure lawyer at specialist engineering and construction law firm, Masons Galadari in Dubai.

He advises the public and private sector on procured capital works projects (including PPPs and BOTs) including airports, light and heavy rail systems, roads, process and power plants and energy-related infrastructure.

Paul Taylor heads Berrymans’ construction and engineering law group in the UAE. He has worked in the Far East, the UK and the Middle East on high-rise towers, transport systems, utilities infrastructure, and power and process plants. Paul’s contentious experience includes arbitration and litigation, adjudication, mediation, conciliation, and dispute review boards.
