Cairo Contracting Company (CCC) has been awarded a US $22.3 million (AED82 million) contract from Memon Investments for the construction of Champions Tower III in Dubai Sports City.
Eng. Adnan Saffarini Office is the architect on the project, while Stromek Emirates Foundation is undertaking shoring and excavation work. The value of the project is $39.4 million.
This is the second contract CCC has won from Memon, after previously being awarded the $21.7 million deal for the Cambridge Business Centre.
“Developing a project that is born out of a combination of high quality standards and distinctive design presents us with a tremendous challenge as well as rewarding opportunity to push the boundaries and bring together built space at its finest form,” said Rizwan Shaikhani, joint managing director, Memon Investments.
“We have reinstated our collaboration with Cairo Contracting Company as we are very impressed with their initial work on Cambridge Business Centre.”
