Ellington Properties, Dubai’s design-led real estate developer, has awarded a construction contract exceeding AED1 billion to China Railway 18th Bureau Group for its prestigious Mercer House development in Uptown Dubai.
Marking a significant milestone in the project’s journey, the partnership signals a major step forward for Mercer House, a two-tower residential development that has already garnered international recognition, having won the International Property Award for Best Mixed-Use Development.
Strategically located in the heart of Uptown Dubai, Mercer House is set to redefine premium urban living, reflecting Ellington’s ethos of fusing architectural excellence with wellness and lifestyle. The development comprises a 34-storey North Tower and a 41-storey South Tower, offering a sophisticated selection of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, alongside signature four-bedroom penthouses.
