Emaar Properties is set to unveil its Boulevard Plaza commercial towers at Downtown Burj Dubai, adding to the emirate’s growing skyline and business development.
The first of two towers, the 36-storey Boulevard Plaza Tower 1, will be launched this Sunday May 15 at Burj Dubai Boulevard, a 3.5 kilometre, 73-metre thoroughfare that surrounds the Burj Dubai district.
The exclusive tower will only have a maximum of four tenants in the office floors from levels 8 to 33, while the top three levels are set to be spacious executive full floors.
The lower and podium levels will have a mix of offices, retail facilities and parking spaces.
“Downtown Burj Dubai is adding more commercial space to meet the increasing demand for prime office space in the heart of Dubai,” said Mr. Saif Al Mansoori, assistant director of marketing at Emaar Properties.
“Boulevard Plaza will be an added draw for regional and international businesses looking for a central location in Dubai that also features residences, hotels and retail facilities in close proximity,” he added.
Amlak Finance, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and Dubai Islamic Bank are set to offer finance options for the towers.
