Stephen Exelby has been promoted to vice president of Hill International’s Construction Claims Group, which is based in Dubai.
Exelby was previously an executive director with Knowles Middle East.
He has 35 years of construction and engineering experience, principally in commercial and claims management of projects in the civil engineering, power, oil and gas, mechanical and electrical, and building disciplines.
