The Oman Tourism Development Company is planning to build a major resort in the Ras Al Hamra area of Muscat. The project will comprise 10 zones centred on the Waterfront Medina quay area. The development will include hotels, residential, retail, and entertainment and sporting facilities. Contract bids are due in by 4 June 2007.
