Zenath Real Estate, a UAE based property developer, which is part of the Khalid Abdullah Al Ghurair Group, has announced plans to build a new US $54.4 million (AED200 million) four-star hotel on Salahuddin Road in Deira.
It is being developed in collaboration with Indian developer ETA Star.
“The hotel’s accessibility to important destinations, including transport facilities and main areas such as Riqqa Road and Dubai Creek was considered in determining the location of the project,” said SM Sadique, group director, Zenath Real Estate.
Completion date of the new hotel, which will be located opposite Toys r Us and Reef Mall, is in August 2008. The hotel will have a total of 170 rooms and 16 suites along with three restaurants and a coffee shop.
Other facilities that will be available are health club, banquet halls, business centre, and shops.
